Valet, or parking garage
I've been there many times and I've never seen live music inside Del Frisco's. However, it is in Sundance Square just across from the Sundance Square stage. Plan well, and you could have dinner and a show. Especially if you get a good seat on the covered patio.
They offer a secret kids menu, just ask the waiter.
Casual dress is fine
I think you can validate your parking. Lots of free parking downtown too. Make sure to read the signs!

Valet is great, but City Center garage is also easy.
Or use Sundance square valet and get the hostess to validate the ticket so you don't have to pay for it
Yes. Across the street, off of Commerce. The restaurant will validate.
